Aims and objectives: The basic aim of the study is to find the risk factors of hepatitis B and C among local population of Pakistan. Methodology of the study: This cross sectional study was conducted in Social Security Hospital, Sialkot during 2018 to 2019. A total 120 study participants aged ≥18 years with clinically diagnosed CLD were included in the study by convenient sampling technique. Results: A total of 100 patients with signs and symptoms of CLD were recruited. Of these, 85 subjects completed the study. The mean age ± SD for all the study population was years (range = 18–80).
