Provision of social services in the Republic of Moldova in terms of the evolution of the general legal regulatory framework

This article addresses a key issue in determining the role and status of public authorities, when referring to one of their basic functions: providing the population with sufficient and quality basic social services. The development of the legal regulatory framework is the clear and obvious expression of the capacity of public authorities to understand the importance of the succession of public administration processes and the confirmation of the role of good administration of these processes. In order to define a complex picture of the development of the integrated social services system, the analysis of the evolution of the legal regulatory framework is an essential element in the process. The development of institutions, operational tools, human resources and process financing are emerging elements of the legal framework development process and shows us the extent to which legal regulations are sufficient to address the challenges facing the integrated social services system in the Republic of Moldova
