The aim of the quasi-experimental study, pre-test, and post-test plan without control group study was to investigate the influence of the stress management training program as an electronic package on improving mental health and job performance of nurses in the face of patients with COVID-19.68 nurses in different wards of the hospital who have been in charge of care for patients with COVID-19 since their hospitalization.
