DOIAbstract
The article is devoted to the consideration of the important issue of the application of modern innovative technologies in education and open innovations. Open innovation, which can be used as targeted inflows and outflows of knowledge to accelerate internal innovation and empower external use. This paradigm suggests that a higher educational institution, an educational organization can and should implement the ideas that have appeared both inside and outside of it, use both external and internal ways to enter the market of free personnel, while striving to improve their educational technologies
