In a cardio center, heart-care monitoring system, it is essential to continually monitor the patient's physiological parameters such as heart patient parameters like heart rate and blood pressure to control their health conditions on an immediate basis. In this research work, a Ubiquitous Cardiovascular Health-Care System (UCHS) model is proposed that focuses the collaboration and mobility features in the proportion of working inside and outside of the hospital to interact with each other. The research study presents a model of a wearable UCHS, using an Electrocardiogram (ECG) and oxygen saturation (SpO2) sensors.
