The report presents the findings of qualitative and quantitative research conducted by the project partners, including interviews and focus groups with staff, students and management at each institution. The report identifies common issues and specific recommendations for each institution to include in their Gender Equality Plans. A questionnaire was also administered to all personnel at the institutions to collect their views on leadership and decision-making. The report is divided into two main sections: the first presents the main issues arising from the research, and the second presents the perceptions of employees through the questionnaire analysis. The report concludes with final reflections and conclusions
