Objective: To compare the outcome of mini cholecystectomy with open cholecystectomy in the treatment of cholelithiasis. Study Design: A randomized controlled trial. Place and Duration: The study was carried out in Surgical department of Nishtar Hospital Multan for One year duration from July 2018 to June 2019. Methods: A total of 100 cases; Fifty cases were included in each group. 100 patients who met the inclusion criteria entered the OPD were selected. Demographic data were recorded.
