Teachers and Technology: the Challenges and Possibilities of Online Learning

Posing a global threat, the pandemic has forced the global closure of a number of activities, including education, leading to a massive migration to online learning. The article discusses offline to online migration methods and strategies and the relevant challenges and opportunities, since e-learning obviously differs from emergency distance teaching: it is more sustainable and the training activities are more hybrid.
