This study aims human resources explain the fachumanresourcesrs that influence the implementation of spatial and regional plans in KramatJatiSubdistrict, East Jakarta. The fachumanresourcesrs in question are leadership from government officials (sub-district heads), local government policies, human resources planning, environmental management, and community participation. If the three aspects are implemented properly, then it is expected human resources generate community participation in the implementation of regional spatial planning.
