АДАПТАЦІЯ ЗАРУБІЖНОГО ДОСВІДУ ФОРМУВАННЯ РЕГІОНАЛЬНИХ ІННОВАЦІЙНИХ СТРУКТУР В УКРАЇНІ

In the article, on the basis of the analysis of scientific developments of leading domestic scientists, the problems of implementation of advanced technologies, production resources, financial resources by modern domestic enterprises as the basis of the functioning and development of innovative infrastructure of the regions of Ukraine are investigated, the problems and prospects of improvement of the system of state management of innovative development on the basis of adaptation of the experience of developed economic systems of the world are investigated. It is proved that technoparks are mainly focused on research in the field of high technologies for large enterprises, the innovative activities of small and medium-sized enterprises are supported mainly by business incubators and innovation centers. It is established that in some regions of Ukraine there are no infrastructure elements to support innovative entrepreneurship, which in turn hinders the adaptation of enterprises in these regions to the world economic system. Determined that the venture business in Ukraine is at an early stage, but has some prospects of growth in the role of a catalyst for the further development of innovative small business, of particular importance to the implementation of such organizational forms of regional innovation development, as the clusters that will help to overcome the isolation and fragmentation of small and medium enterprises, and to increase the efficiency of investments in innovative projects. The increase in the volume of spending on science makes it possible to go directly to the cognitive function, then – to the economic function – ensuring the economic development of the country through the active use of scientific and innovative potential in the long term
