How should independent and competing organisations collaborate to make information accessible in a way that is safe, legally valid and demonstrably beneficial? Our solution is a collaboration framework that supports the sharing of information and insights between participating organisations and addresses different challenges between organisations in a way that is legal and useful. We analysed the challenge deeply to come up with a fresh blueprint for a solution, achieved by approaching the challenge from two directions.
