Aims: Vitamin D affects placental joining, immune functions, inflammatory response and glucose homeostasis. Vitamin D deficiency can harm both the mother and the fetus' health by boosting the generation of inflammatory cytokines and activating the activation of T- regulatory cells. We aimed to evaluate the perinatal outcomes of vitamin D deficiency. Materials and Methods: We evaluated 290 pregnant women who were seen at the Gazi University Medical Faculty Obstetrics and Gynecology Department.
