The amount of waste generated from construction and demolition (C&D) procedures are huge. Development waste is mainly generated due to improper design, poor procurement, planning, and inefficient handling of materials, raw material residuals, and unexpected changes in building design. Building Information Modelling (BIM) can productively deal with C&D waste by moving away from plan issues, changes, and tuning. This paper examines the capacity of BIM innovation to support the architecture plan and development cycles for stewardship of C&D waste.
