The Open Science Rewards and Incentives Registry will support the development of an academic career structure that fosters outputs, practices and behaviours to maximise contributions to a shared research knowledge system. In short, the registry aims to inspire best practices and the creation of new assessment mechanisms to support Open Science practices. The registry is being designed and developed in an open and collaborative way and the success of this evidence-based registry relies crucially on the involvement of all stakeholders at each stage
