ПРОФЕСІЙНІ ПРАКТИКИ ВИПУСКНИКІВ ЯК ЧИННИК ФОРМУВАННЯ РЕПУТАЦІЇ ВИШУ

This publication analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of the problem of building the reputation of a higher education institution. Attention is focused on the factors influencing its reputation, “reputational obligations” of the subjects of the educational process: teachers, students, interested parties. The main perspective is focused on determining the role of professional practices of graduates as a factor of higher education reputation, which is substantiated by reputational assessments of employers as investors and customers of education, as well as indicators of higher education institution selection, among which employment after graduation is the main one. With the help of empirical data, the diversity of professional practices of graduates, their career and professional achievements, which allows for the implementation of a proactive career model of behavior, the strategies of a multispecialist that are relevant for today, have been demonstrated. The generalization of research visions made it possible to identify strong positions and areas of professional growth of graduates, successful scenarios of their professional practices, which develop in the directions of specialization and transprofessionalization; to prove that the focus of a modern university on active professional development, successful employment is a determining factor in the positive reputation of a higher education institutio
