Successful management style is required to manage organizations. It is thought that successful management style is related to ethical leadership traits of a leader. Social and cultural progress will be achieved when the importance of universal ethical values are understood. The concept of ethics highlights that before conducting a behavior, that behavior should be analyzed whether it is right or wrong, good or bad and then right and good behavior should be prefered. Ethics, ethical leadership and ethical climate are discussed, and the effect of ethical leadership on ethical climate is analyzed by the simple linear regression method in this study. It is found that ethical leadership has a positive effect on ethical leadership
