The main goal of the research is to examine the relationship between the dimensions of organizational commitment and the turnover intention among employees in Serbia. The research was conducted among 234 employees in companies engaged in tourism and hospitality. The structured questionnaire was used and distributed during October 2021. The results of the research show that the variables of turnover intention and the dimensions of organizational commitment are in a statistically very significant negative correlation.
