Vascular diseases of the brain are one of the most important problems of modern neurology. Increasing prevalence, high mortality, deep disability in cerebral strokes determines the medical and social significance of this pathology. In Kyrgyzstan, the relevance is times greater due to high mortality and disability rates. According to the WHO, stroke is the second most common cause of death. Acute disorders of cerebral circulation reduce the duration of the upcoming life of more than half of patients who have suffered from it, and those who survived remain severely disabled, completely deprived of the ability to self-care.
