STATE MANAGEMENT BY DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURAL TERRITORIES

The paper states that the development of rural areas of Ukraine is one of the priorities of the state policy aimed at solving economic, social, domestic, environmental and other problems of the rural population. It is noted that the general state support of agriculture in Ukraine is rather moderate. The consequence of this and other objective factors is the extinction of the Ukrainian village (their number has decreased by 416 villages), the impoverishment of the rural population and social infrastructure. The factors determining the conditions and potential of the development of rural territories, ensuring economic growth of agricultural production are revealed; employment development in rural areas; achievement in the village of social well-being
