The paper presents the results of mathematical modelling of oxidative dissolution of millerite in solutions of hydrogen peroxide. The method of rotating disk obtained values for the specific speed and transformed in polynomial velocity model of the interaction of the synthesized millerite in hydrogen peroxide solutions of different concentrations. According to information received from polynomial mathematical model calculated the main kinetic characteristics, establishes possible mechanisms, identified the limiting stage of the process of oxidative dissolution
