Background: Cancer is the second leading cause of mortality after cardiovascular disease. The second common leading cause of mortality in cancer patients is thrombosis, vary from arterial or venous thromboembolism to disseminated intravascular coagulation. Case Report: Herein, we present a 58 years old lady with breast cancer under treatment, who suffered multiple thrombotic complications of cancer and chemotherapy. Conclusion: In cancer patients disseminated intravascular coagulation presents insidiously, most frequent as a systemic hemorrhagic syndrome, resulting difficult and late diagnosis. Therefore, despite treatment, in most cases results in decreased survival
