ROADMAP is a multi-actor approach (MAA) research project, which means that project partners must have complementary types of knowledge from research and practice. This document presents a protocol for the creation of a stakeholder’s community, how they will be engaged and what kind of stakeholders’ knowledge is needed to reach the goals set, where and when those stakeholders are going to be involved. This Mid-term report on stakeholder consultations was delayed because of the COVID impact, which made that most of the stakeholder activities had to be planned online.
