D7.5 ROADMAP Mid-term report on stakeholder consultations

ROADMAP is a multi-actor approach (MAA) research project, which means that project partners must have complementary types of knowledge from research and practice. This document presents a protocol for the creation of a stakeholder’s community, how they will be engaged and what kind of stakeholders’ knowledge is needed to reach the goals set, where and when those stakeholders are going to be involved. This Mid-term report on stakeholder consultations was delayed because of the COVID impact, which made that most of the stakeholder activities had to be planned online. Task T7.1 entitled “Stakeholders community creation and management” is conducted as a part of WP7 “Strategic communication, dissemination & exploitation”. Stakeholders’ community creation and management is described in the ROADMAP Grant Agreement through different actions. D7.1 “ROADMAP guidelines for recruitment of stakeholders” presented the methodological basis for the creation of the stakeholders’ community. It is an easy-to-use guideline document for the recruitment of stakeholders and devoted to the partners to use it. One partner per ROADMAP country is in charge of engaging the stakeholders at regional/national level. A specific section of the ROADMAP project website gives visibility to the ROADMAP stakeholders’ community. Deliverable D7.5 shows the improvement of the project’s stakeholder engagement
