The subject of the study is assortment concepts in the sales system of enterprises. The purpose of the research is to determine the assortment concept between the business entity and the market for a certain period of time and directions of production and economic activity at the enterprise. Research methods. The work uses the dialectical method of scientific knowledge, the method of analysis and synthesis, the comparative method, and the method of summarizing data. Work results. The paper defines the main directions of the decision–making process for new groups of goods from the assortment list. The strategy of product differentiation is presented.
