Purpose – The paper is dedicated to the analysis of opportunities stemming from digitalization, in terms of digital labor, as a tool for globalization. Throughout recent decades, globalization has become a strong force. This paper examines various aspects of digital labor. Methodology/approach – The theoretical and methodological basis of the research is determined by a systematic approach which allowed defining the precise scope of this analysis. The methods combining logic, deduction and induction were used in the course of the research.
