Abstract: Thixotropic Marketing is a company that is currently experiencing a high rate of stockouts. It is known that this problem has been unaddressed for the past years. The purpose of this study is to improve Thixotropic Marketing's inventory management in Trece Martires, Cavite, by lowering the stockout frequency rate through implementing certain measures.
