КОНЦЕПТУАЛЬНІ ЗАСАДИ РОЗВИТКУ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙНО-ПРАВОВИХ ФОРМ АГРОБІЗНЕСУ

Explaining the place of the policy of regulating the activities of agricultural sector actors in the mechanism of state regulatory policy in the field of economic activity, we note that today exists several objective reasons for the need for state regulation of the development of the agrarian sector of the economy. The article deals with the issues of organizational and legal forms of agricultural enterprises and organizations. The current state and peculiarities of creation and functioning of agricultural enterprises and their associations in the modern conditions in Ukraine are analyzed. The criteria for choosing the legal form of agricultural enterprises are substantiated. The differences of typical organizational and legal forms of agricultural enterprises are presented. The forms of associations of agricultural enterprises based on the concepts of integration mechanisms are explored. It was clarified that the classification of organizational forms of agricultural enterprises can be constructed not only by the hierarchical method (by means of the successive distribution of a large number of agricultural enterprises on the basis of the "organizational and legal form" in the subordinated classification groups), but also by the facet method, which involves the autonomous distribution of a large number of agricultural enterprises on separate classification groups of such enterprises on one of the signs in each group in particular, allocated on the basis of "organizational and legal form". An argument for applying the proposed classification of organizational and legal forms of agricultural enterprises is that the individual form is the lowest level among the organizational forms of agricultural enterprises, which can go into partner and corporate organizational and legal forms, depending on the need to overcome the shortcomings of the individual organizational and legal form agricultural enterprises, which relate to the conditions for the production and sale of agricultural products
