Studies on Coagulation and Electrical Properties of Copper Ferrocyanide, Nickel Ferricyanide, and Ceric Oxide Hydrosols

The \(\zeta\)-poteutials, corrected for surfaea-conductration effect, and the concentration of the equicoagulating counter ions beyond which surface-oonductance effect does not exist for Prussian blue, silver ferrooyanide, sod throe varieties of aluminium oxide cola, have boon ealrulated. The coagulation of those sole are described in the light of the equation: \(\zeta\)a = A+ B log \(\displaystyle\sum_{}^{} r_1\), (where \(\zeta\)a ropresenta the measured \(\zeta\)-petotial al-a total equiocagulation electrolyte cencentation \(\displaystyle\sum_{}^{} r_1\), and A and B are constants). Copper ferrooyanide, nickel ferricyanide, and eerie oxide sole were prepared in order to study their coagulation and to measure their C-potentials
