Reflection on the quantum-information specificity of consciousness The problem of the existence of consciousness in the material world is one of the most complex and deep problems of philosophy, since disputes still do not subside, what consciousness is in essence and how it becomes possible that it, being subjective and non-physical, is generated by objectively existing physical systems. Mental (relating to consciousness) phenomena do not fit into the scientific picture of the world, since their existence is not reduced to the existence of elementary particles and physical fields, which, according to modern science, lie in the ontological foundation of the observed phenomena
