The decision of state authorities is largely dependent on state organizations and bodies of state civil service. Out of many decisions is regulated at the level of government. The determining factors in the activities of public authorities are the behaviour and certain professional actions during work. The ethics of public service is a system of ethical knowledge and recommendations and its practice crabapple cationic work.
