Abstract There is always a mystery that surrounds the term ‘Cyber Space’. This paper gives insight into the multiple nuances of online technologies that has encroached and monopolised our day to day life. It analyses how they are used extensively by the community and how the user tacking facility of websites brings enormous profit. The paper highlights that, keeping this in mind, it’s the women who has used the internet platform widely to express themselves., leading to the fact that social media has become one of the most powerful tools for women to start new businesses, ventures, or start-ups.
