ROLUL ASOCIAŢIEI BIBLIOTECARILOR DIN REPUBLICA MOLDOVA LA ÎMBUNĂTĂȚIREA IMPLICĂRII PRIN OFERIREA RECUNOAȘTERII PROFESIONALE

The article highlights one of the ways of the Association of Librarians from the Republic of Moldova to stimulate and encourage creativity and innovation, professional communication - national competitions. The winners of the "Best Librarian of the Year 2022" title are presented. The author suggests ways to improve the conduct of the national competition: to attract participants from different types of libraries, the interested and responsible involvement of ABRM branches being necessary; to intervene in the content of the contest regulations, updating the criteria and requirements for participation
