ХУДОЖНЄ ДЕФІНІЦІЮВАННЯ СВІТУ В ЗБІРЦІ Ю. ІЗДРИКА «ТАКЕ»: СТИЛІСТИКО-СИНТАКСИЧНИЙ АСПЕКТ

This article focuses upon studying of the narration forms in postmodern texts, that is highly relevant today. The main objective is to define the syntactical stylistic devices of the world literary definition of language in short novels and essays of Y. Izdryk’s the «Take» («Such a Thing»). The research objectives are: to analyze the structure and semantics of syntactical constructions, to define the artistic literary forms of insights and definition of different notions, philosophical in particular; to get a view of stylistic devises of speech expression; to identify the textual potential of definitions. The results of this research provide the evidence that the concepts of narrator are such notions as truth, goodness, evil, Christianity, prayer, fate etc. The writer uses various models of syntactical constructions, modifying them to make the narration more comprehensible and serve for further sequence of events. One of the most significant feature of Y. Izdryk’s works is functioning of definition constructions. The author prefers using simple sentence construction, thus he uses them as components of complex ones. Expression of the narration is created by overlapping of special definitions, parceling, gradationand usage of rhetorical questions. Quite often, the analyzed constructions carry ironical meaning, which is marked by post-modernism
