In order to improve the professional skills of school teachers, introduce a differentiated approach to student learning, professional orientation of young people and create a system of continuous education, the school cooperates with many higher education institutions in accordance with contracts and agreements. Cooperation with institutions of higher education brings the quality of education to a new level. The interaction between the school and the institution of higher education is an indicator of the quality formation of the personality of the future specialist. For this, it is necessary that each person should be able to build such an educational trajectory, which would most fully correspond to educational and professional abilities. In modern society, there is a need to combine the efforts of secondary and higher schools for the implementation of educational and professional programs, the development of academic mobility, and the involvement of scientists in the school. The main factors that cause the expediency of conducting joint work on the preparation of student youth for choosing a specialty and professional education are: the introduction of pre-professional and professional training in general secondary education institutions; increase in the number of students seeking higher education; growing requirements for the level of specialization, an increase in the number of new professions, the difficulty of orienting students in the labor market; the need to more fully meet the needs of highly qualified personnel and the rational distribution of labor resources; rational accounting of individual characteristics of students for further successful study or work in the chosen field of activity; insufficient preparation of secondary school students for independent problem solving
