Objective: To assess the level of knowledge regarding breastfeeding among postpartum mothers who attended immunization clinics in four maternity hospitals in Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. Design: Descriptive cross-sectional survey design. Setting: Four maternity hospitals in Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
