The rapid advancement of technology has revolutionized the way organizations conduct training and development programs for their employees. Online training programs have emerged as a popular and convenient method for delivering training content, offering flexibility and accessibility to participants. A randomized controlled experimental design was employed for this study. A sample of 100 employees from different organizations was randomly assigned to either an experimental group or a control group.
