In this work presents a scientific approach to optimizing Friction Stir welding method parameters for the aluminium alloy. Friction stir Welding FSW is wide used for the welding of Al alloy. Welding input parameters play a really vital role in decisive the standard of a weld joint. The welding parameters like tool shoulder diameter, tool motility speed, welding speed and axial force play a serious role when deciding the joint strength.
