The object of this article is to consider the peculiarities of the use of information and communication technologies in the work of a foreign language teacher on the example of online translators. Used in the study were the following methods: a theoretical method based on the analysis of literary sources on the problem studied, empirical methods like questionnaires, surveys and observations during the practical work of students with translation of the texts, and a comparative analysis of translations, which included comparing the original computer translation and manual translation.
