Abstract Employee performance remains one of the most effective tools used for the development, growth and productivity of services organisations. Management of such enterprises strengthens their human resources practices to develop a talented human capital. They are also putting tremendous efforts into creating the best organisational culture that leads to their workforce satisfaction and performance.
