ABSTRACT. This study aimed to determine the effect of a wellness program on the biophysiologic measures (weight, blood pressure, pulse pressure, and heart rate) wellbeing (health and functioning, social and economic, psychological and spiritual subscales), and happiness of the employees in their workplace. There were 56 participants, 5 of which are dropouts, who underwent a 6-week wellness program- thrice a week, 2 hours per session, at the chosen setting, a medium-sized enterprise engage in wholesale and retail trade industry (hardware) in General Santos City.
