Objective: to construct and validate the questionnaire of perception of the importance, usefulness and structure of the syllabus in micro-curricular planning. Methodology: instrumental, prospective, quantitative approach. Participants: The Delphi method was used, with the judgment of 6 experts. For the validation of the construct, 91 people participated, including teachers and students of the Catholic University of Cuenca. Instrument: Two instruments were designed for teachers and students, EVSIUC-2021; with two sections: identification data, and evaluation of the syllabus elaborated under two dimensions: 1) Structure and 2) Usefulness/Importance, with a Likert-type scale.
