Objective: Identify the knowledge and practices of healthcare personnel, including managers, doctors, nurses, health workers, and cleaning personnel, regarding hospital waste management. Study Design: A study of cross sectional. Place and Duration: The study was performed in Nishtar Hospital Multan from October 2014 to October 2015 for the period of 1 year. Methodology:A total of 80 health workers were included with deliberate sampling technique including 8 managers, 30 doctors, 25 nurses, 5 health personnel, 26 cleaning personnel.
