Economic consequences of growth of corruption offenses in the state

Summary. The subject of the study is the methodological aspects of the growth of corruption offenses in the state. The aim of the study is to identify ways to overcome the systemic inefficiency of public administration in the context of preventing corruption. Research methods. The study used a set of scientific methods and approaches, including systematic, logical, which allowed to ensure the conceptual unity of the study. Results of work. The article substantiates the need for effective anti–corruption measures and the formation of anti–corruption policy. Field of application of results. The sphere of national security of the state. Conclusions. The main results of the study and its methodological results can be summarized as follows: one of the important tools for overcoming corruption is the formation of effective anti– corruption policy, identifying ways to overcome systemic inefficiencies in public administration in the context of preventing corruption. Reforming the governance system should be one of the main ways to eliminate corruption. The formation of principles and values of the civil service is recognized as one of the most pressing tasks. An important direction among these measures should be the provision of anti– corruption activities in public authorities on the basis of improving the legal regulation of the civil service
