Brassinosteroids, New Class of Phytohormones

Due to their availability in minute amounts from natural sources and worldwide studies on the application of brassinosteroids for the enhancement of yields of variety of agricultural crops, there have been intensified research efforts towards the synthesis of this class of phytohormones.
