This is a Seurat object containing monocytes and macrophages derived from TNBC samples, integrated using Seurat v3 procedure. Briefly, Tumor (TUM) and adjacent-juxta (JT) tissue samples were obtained from early-stage, treatment-naïve triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) (N=4). TUM specimens from treatment-naïve TNBC (N=4) pts were obtained, of which 3 were paired with JT samples
