Infected nonunion of the tibia posture significant difficulties for total resolution and practical restoration. The infection is chronic and resistant to treatment. In this review we discuss the diagnosis and classification methods of infected nonunion of tibia as well as the treatment approaches and advantages of some techniques over others. We performed comprehensive search using biomedical databases; Medline, and Embase, for studies concerned with Infected nonunion of the tibia published with English language up to, June 2019.
