The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of learning with the guided inquiry problem-based learning model based on local wisdom in the fifth grade science learning content at SD Negeri Siotapina, Buton Regency. This research is a quantitative research factorial design. The sample in this study were fifth grade students at SD Negeri 24 Buton and fifth grade students at SD Negeri 38 Buton with a total of 78 students.
