Voltammetric method for the study of corrosion kinetics

Although corrosion is a long process hut it takes place at a faster rate in the beginning which goes on decreasing with due course of time. The methods prevalent in the field of corrosion rate determination furnish an average value for a long time interval. In the present paper the corrosion rates of brass in 2 N H2SO4 solution with and without inhibitor have been reported using gravimetric and some electrochemical methods
