Abstract: light of the pandemic of Covid 19, which has ravaged the world, prolonged and extended its impact on various sectors, including educational institutions that needed to be reopened, doctors and specialists call for all preventive measures to address and coexist with the virus, to ensure health security, and a course of study free of the turmoil experienced by educational institutions with the emergence of the epidemic in the past year. In doing so, the process of guidance and guidance in the school community, in particular, has become an imperative and a demand for educational planning demands and a task by the educational institution in spreading health awareness among educational workers in order to achieve health and psychological security and ensure the conduct of education. For the health and prevention of the spread of infection among educational workers, with accompanying the psychologically and pedagogical learners to ensure a school year free of imbalances, and a psychological and social consensus, according to a planned guidance program prepared for this purpose, so that the legally authorized authorities do not have to close the doors of schools again as a result of breach of prevention rules, or poor guidance, which may lead to an increase in the curve of injury ratio.
