Introduction: The trauma laparotomy has undergone several revolutionary changes over the past few decades. Aims and objectives: The main objective of the study is to analyse the placement of intra parietal drains in septic abdominal injuries. Material and methods: This analytical study was conducted in Allama Iqbal Memorial Teaching Hospital, Sialkot during November 2018 to March 2019. The data was collected from surgical department of the hospital. The data was collected from 100 patients of abdominal injuries.
