Методика інтеграції менеджменту соціальної відповідальності у систему менеджменту підприємств

The study of the conceptual foundations and practices of social responsibility of enterprises in Ukraine proves the existence of a global problem of ambiguity of the applied models of social responsibility and evaluation of their effectiveness. At the present stage, the management system of any enterprise is formed under the influence of external and internal factors, which can be summarized in the form of management models. The generalization of theoretical research and the author's own observations of the work of enterprises proves that existing practices can be generalized in the form of a number of approaches to building management models. The history of private enterprise in Ukraine in comparison with the above countries is extremely short and began, in fact, with the declaration of independence. The long transition period from a socialist planned to a market economy was accompanied by distortions of the principles, models, and mechanisms of entrepreneurial activity, the spread of the shadow economy, and corruption. Only after a number of reforms at the beginning of the XXI century in Ukraine, the preconditions for the integration of the concept of social responsibility in business were formed. The method of integration of social responsibility management into the enterprise management system is substantiated in the article. At the theoretical level, the dominant approaches to the construction of management models historically formed taking into account the state policy of business regulation and under the influence of popular scientific trends in management, are generalized. Features, advantages, and weaknesses of the most famous national management models are highlighted. It is established that the integration of social responsibility management into the enterprise management system must take into account the peculiarities of the Ukrainian management model. Two models of social responsibility management have been developed depending on the size of enterprises, which will simplify integration processes. According to the results of the study, applied methods of integration of social responsibility management into the enterprise management system are proposed, taking into account the principles of building national management models. Emphasis is placed on the expediency of applying different approaches in the integration of social responsibility management into the management systems of large and small enterprises. A promising area of further research is the study of methods for improving the integration of social management and enterprise management system
